SPRING HOPE, N.C. (AP) — Authorities say they have arrested four people in the killing of a man outside his parents’ home, including three people who they say knew the shooting was going to take place.

Nash County deputies told media outlets that a relative found 21-year-old Tony Braswell Jr. dead from a gunshot wound to the chest at a home in Spring Hope around 8 a.m. Friday.

Several hours later, investigators charged 33-year-old Shannon Jones with murder. Three other people were charged with accessory before the fact to a felony and failure to notify death of a person.

Deputies say they are seeking a fifth suspect, but didn’t release a name. They also didn’t release a motive for the shooting.

It wasn’t known if any of the suspects had attorneys.
