TOWN OF HOFFMAN SUMMER ENRICHMENT CAMP will be held from June 20-Aug. 4 at the Hoffman Complex Center, 2176 Caddell Road. The camp will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday. There is a registration fee of $25 per child and will include breakfast and lunch during camp operation, T-shirt, field trips and other activities. CUB SCOUTS OF THE PEE DEE DISTRICT will offer a summer day camp from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 20-24 at Fellowship United Methodist Church in Hamlet. This year’s theme is “Cub Scout Games,” and participating Scouts will train to be champions in camping, science, cooking and more, all while learning about sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play and doing their best. Richmond County Schools has partnered with the Cub Scouts to provide a nutritious breakfast and lunch for all campers. The cost of the camp is $50 and includes a T-shirt, patch, snacks and supplies.
