CUB SCOUTS OF THE PEE DEE DISTRICT will offer a summer day camp from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 20-24 at Fellowship United Methodist Church in Hamlet. This year’s theme is “Cub Scout Games,” and participating Scouts will train to be champions in camping, science, cooking and more, all while learning about sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play and doing their best. Richmond County Schools has partnered with the Cub Scouts to provide a nutritious breakfast and lunch for all campers. The cost of the camp is $50 and includes a T-shirt, patch, snacks and supplies.
