CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Police in Charlotte have found a car belonging to one of three people reported missing last week.
Police tell local media outlets that a tip called to 911 led them to find a 2007 Dodge SUV in east Charlotte early Saturday morning.
Police say one of the missing people, 19-year-old Ahmia Feaster, drove the SUV from her home in north Charlotte on Tuesday and picked up 17-year-old Alexandro Castillo.
Also missing is a woman, 23-year-old Tru Quan Le. Police are searching for her Toyota Corolla with North Carolina plates.
Authorities say the three knew each other from working at a local restaurant and think the disappearances are related.
