CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Chapel Hill police say four people are charged with murder and robbery for their roles in a shooting that killed one man and injured another.

Police announced Wednesday that officers arrested three men and one woman in the death of 18-year-old Malik Burnette of Chapel Hill, who died at a local hospital. Eighteen-year-old Tanner Cobb of Chapel Hill was in stable condition following Tuesday night’s shooting.

Police say the four arrested are 26-year-old Laquida Poston of Shelby, 22-year-old Renaire Lewis II of Shelby, 30-year-old Thomas Oliver of Gastonia, and 18-year-old Jalen Hackney of Burlington. They face felony charges of first-degree murder, attempted murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and accessory after the fact.

Police have arrest warrants for a fifth man, who will also face gun charges.
