RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A Raleigh man has been charged with the death of a 2-year-old boy who died after being found unresponsive at a home in May.
Multiple media outlets reported that 22-year-old William Lee Bell is charged with murder in the death of Chase Jordan Eaddy. Investigators said Bell turned himself in at the Wake County jail Thursday night.
Bell lived at the home where the boy was found.
Authorities were called to a report of an unresponsive child. Emergency workers took the boy to a Raleigh hospital where he was pronounced dead.
It was not known whether Bell has an attorney to comment on the charges.
