Rachel Nelson Wright, 80, of Mt. Gilead, wife of Richard Wright, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Carter Funeral Home Ellerbe Chapel. Visitation is from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
