Small businesses have been particularly hard hit by the prolonged economic slowdown. Business owners often discover that the skills they needed to start the business are not sufficient for turning things around when times get tough.

The Small Business Center at Richmond Community College will host consultant and speaker, Russ Seagle, as he presents “The Small Business Turnaround” at Cole Auditorium on the Hamlet Campus from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 14.

“If your business is sinking and you don’t know what to do, you need to attend this seminar to learn how to turn things around — quickly,” said Seagle. “Not all businesses can be saved, but most can with some hard work, tough financial management and the ability to make difficult choices.”

This seminar will give business owners the basic tools needed to pull a small business back from the brink, and Seagle will identify the low-cost / no-cost resources available to you to help manage the turnaround.

To register, visit tiny.cc/sbcsseminars, email sbc@richmondcc.edu or call Deborah Hardison, SBC Director, at 910-410-1687.
