This impressive image was captured by Bill Matheson of Rockingham, in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 23, opening day of Discovery Place KIDS-Rockingham. Matheson said he took the photo at about 6:30 a.m., " … (I)thought it might be a good time to grab a photo since the streets were wet. The police officers setting out traffic cones was a bonus."
