Mrs. Carolyn Louise Byers Dawkins, 64, of 713 Hwy. 177, N., Hamlet, died, Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.

She was born in Indiana, PA, March 3, 1948, daughter of Dale T. Byers and Thelma Klobucher Byers.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 19, 2013, at Harrington Funeral Home from 1:00-2:00 pm with the Funeral in the Chapel at 2:00pm with Rev. Chris Hawks officiating. Burial will follow at Marks Creek Presbyterian Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Brian Joseph Dawkins; and a sister, Frances Byers.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Franklin Dawkins, Sr. of the home; daughter, Amy Dawkins of the home; son, Robert F. Dawkins, Jr. of the home; brothers, Joseph Byers of Crafton, PA & Gary Byers of New Port Richey, FL.; and a sister, Patricia Ware of Cecil, PA.
