Good jobs are overseas

Dear Editor,

Let me get this straight.   If I am a vile person then I can no longer call myself a liberal? Works for me, I never wanted to be a vile person anyway.   Wonder who those vile people are if they aren't Liberals? Could that be the new trademark of the Republican Tea Party who wants to do away with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans benefits, clean air, clean water, health care reform and Wall Street regulations?

The Bush Tax breaks were created in 2001 and 2003. Where are the jobs? So President Obama wants to give tax incentives to corporations who bring our jobs back to our country. Weren't they our jobs to start with? Didn't the American taxpayer subsidize those corporations to move overseas? And why is it so wrong for American workers to be a paid a decent wage while the corporate executives reward themselves with 900 times more than they pay their workers for making that money for them?

When are you going to stop thinking of yourself as an expendable ingredient to the American way of life? Do you really think you will be better off if everyone takes a pay cut to your income level?

So all the good jobs in Richmond County moved overseas.   The owners made millions, if not billions to make cheap inferior products. And you defend them?   Sorry I do not buy the intelligence in that argument.

Ron, if we want jobs in America, we must get government and unions out of the way. We want our freedoms make - unions are becoming dictators and they have Obama in their pocket

telltales---who signed off on NAFTA? Who promulgated it to the umpteenth degree? Who dude, who??? Bill Clinton signed off on it and Hillary Clinton extolled it's virtues everywhere she spoke. Wake up and realize this country has been screwed over by Dems and Repubs alike. We need real leadership--fiscally and socially. We need a Jim DeMint, Haley Barbour, Mike Pence--folks with the moxie to tell everyone, including their own party, to quit spending like a bunch of drunken sailors. My apologies to the sailors.

Ron, this is a great letter. The truth is hard for the conservatives to hear.

If the jobs are overseas, then I suggest you move there. You can get a job and we can be rid of one real crazy wacked out dude. Everyone would be happy all the way around. Bon Voyage, Ron!!
