He was born June 25, 1960, in South Carolina to the late Minnie Mae Brower and Hinson Ratliff.
Funeral services will be held Thursday Sept. 30, 2010, at 11 a.m. at McNeill Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Jackson officiating. Public viewing will be held Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at McNeill Funeral Home Chapel.
Surviving are his daughter Monteeia E. McDonald of Rockingham; one sister Christine Easterling of Wadesboro; two grandchildren; one step brother, Thomas L. Easterling of Rockingham; and two step sisters, Catherine Coble of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Deloris Easterling.
McNeill Funeral Home of Rockingham is in charge of the arrangements.
