Mrs. Peggy McDonald Little, 66, of Ellerbe, died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010 at Sandhills Regional Hospital, Hamlet.

Mrs. McDonald was born on July 19, 1944 in Richmond County, daughter of the late Jesse and Eunice McDonald. Mrs. McDonald was a textile worker.

She is survived by four brothers, Richard McDonald, Odis McDonald, and Perry McDonald, all of Ellerbe and Carllenester McDonald of Aberdeen; and five sisters Virginger Little, Edna Crouch, Gloria Durham, Annette Caviness, all of Ellerbe and Tonya Ingram, Rockingham.

Visitation will be from 7 - 8 p.m. at McLendon Funeral Home on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010. Funeral services will be on Sunday, Aug. 29 at the funeral home with the Rev. Gary Marshall. Burial will follow at Church cemetery.

McLendon Funeral Home in Ellerbe is serving the family.
