Funeral services will be held Friday, July 16, 2010 at noon at Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
Mrs. Goodwin was preceded in death by her husband Russell Laney Goodwin. She is survived by sons, Don Goodwin of Monroe, Mike Goodwin of Waxhaw, Rick Goodwin and Kenneth Goodwin, all of Mineral Springs, 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday prior to the funeral at 11 a.m. at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
