The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pisgah AME Zion Church, Rockingham. Dr. Reverend James Smith will be officiating pastor. Burial is at Northside Cemetery. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star since 1952 where she served as Electa. She was a member of the Usher Board, Stewardess Board President for 10 years. Culinary Committee and the Missionary. She was a private duty nurse for many years at Fisher Rest Home.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Leon Easterling and host of nieces, cousins, and relatives. Nelson Funeral Home of Rockingham in charge. Family hour is 7-8 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Chapel of Rockingham.
