Charlotte Independence maintained the top spot, earning nine of the 13 first place votes after the Patriots defeated West Charlotte 35-2 last Friday.
Butler, who grabbed the last four first place votes, moved up one spot on the heels of its 38-31 come-from-behind victory over Richmond.
Jack Britt and Jamestown Ragsdale each moved up one spot with victories. Jack Britt is now No. 3 after rolling past Scotland 48-14, while Ragsdale breezed past Greensboro Page 42-21 to move to No. 4.
