Congressman Richard Hudson recently launched a district “Listening Tour,” to kick off his first official district work week. Rep. Hudson will meet with local Chambers of Commerce and economic development groups to hear how North Carolina’s 8th District can create jobs and stimulate economic growth. Hudson will visit nine of the 12 counties in the 8th District.
Hudson was in Laurinburg on Wednesday.
On Thursday, Jan. 10, Hudson will be at the Union County Chamber meeting from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. at 903 Skyway Dr. in Monroe, and at the Anson Chamber meeting from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at 107 East Wade St., Wadesboro.
