Legal Aid of North Carolina will be holding a local Legal Aid Intake Day next week.
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19, the Ellerbe Town Hall, 108 West Page St., Ellerbe, will be holding Legal Aid Intake Day. Cases accepted are housing evictions, foreclosures, domestic violence, unemployment, Medicaid disability denials and other public benefits denials, testamentary wills, power of attorney, health care power of attorney, and living wills.
