Lorraine Morrison, 44, of Hamlet died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Sandhills Regional Medical Center, Hamlet.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 10, at 11 a.m. at Nelson Funeral Home Chapel in Rockingham.

Morrison leaves behind one sister, Margie Morrison of Rockingham, and one brother, Alphonso Morrison of Raleigh.

I did not know Lorraine Morrison long, but what a nice lady she was! I enjoyed speaking with her and I am sad that she is no longer with us. My condolences to her family,and her companion Steve.
