The Sheriff's Office received a call about the incident at 12:24 a.m. today.
When deputies arrived at the store, they found the owner dead.
He has been identified as Michael Leverne Collins Sr., 53, according to Sheriff James Clemmons Jr.
At about 2 p.m. today, the sheriff said they have two suspects in custody.
