Dear Editor,
These past four years I have been so grateful to have a Congressman who listens to, cares about, and does everything he can to help his constituents.
Larry Kissell has been a champion for my six-year-old son, Dylan, and the six million Americans who, like my son, have a disease called Lymphedema. After meeting me and learning about the struggles Lymphedema patients face, he introduced a bill that aims to rectify the problems with insurance coverage for the treatment of this disease.
Congressman Kissell is a true public servant. He is not in Congress to push his personal agenda or blindly vote along party lines. In everything he does he thinks first and foremost of the people in his district, their needs, and what is in their best interest.
