Emily Goodwin, Charlotte, died on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Oct. 27, at 2 p.m. in Charlotte, at Faith Soldier Word Ministry, Rev. Carl Turner. Burial will be 11 a.m. Sunday, Lincoln Memorial Park, Rockingham, Rev. Edward Ash officiating.
Goodwin was born in Richmond County.
Survivors include children Herman Goodwin, Littlejohn Goodwin, Alpha Goodwin, Wincie Goodwin all of Charlotte, Dorothy Ingram, Hamlet, Tehauna Dickey, Charlotte; sister, Geneva Henigan, Laurinburg, and brother, Red Jones, Baltimore, Md.
