Legal Aid of North Carolina, Inc. Pittsboro Office is holding a Do-It Yourself Divorce Clinic at various locations, including one in Richmond County.
The clinic is only for persons who need general information. For a simple divorce you must meet the following requirements: be separated from your spouse for at least one year, has no marital property or assets to divide, have no custody issues, and be financially eligible for Legal Aid services.
The clinic will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, at the Richmond County Judicial Center, Court Room F, 105 W. Franklin St., Rockingham.
