Kris and Linda Thompson, owners of Thompson Sunny Acres in Rockingham, recently attended the Central Boiler Dealer Convention in Grand Forks, N.D.

A combined total of nearly 400 Central Boiler employees, dealers, and their staff attended the 2012 Central Boiler National Dealer Convention on June 7 and 8. On Wednesday, June 6, the biennial convention was preceded by an in-depth departmental tour of the Central Boiler factory while it was in full operation. Owners Dennis and Terri Brazier opened the convention with recollections of Central Boiler’s early years and statements of gratitude to the employees and dealers whose contributions brought Central Boiler from its beginning as a modest workshop to the leading manufacturer of outdoor wood furnaces.

The convention was designed to equip dealers with a thorough understanding of Central Boiler’s mission, products, and resources, as well as comprehensive training and inspiration.

In addition, the Central Boiler Dealer Convention celebrated the efforts and achievements of the company’s dealers, recognizing dealer strengths and awarding the Grand Achievement honor to dealers who have registered more than 1,000 furnaces.
