Dear Editor,
Growing up, I remember hearing “Democrats are for the working people and Republicans are for the rich people.” Naturally, my folks were working class, so I always believed I was a Democrat. Problem is now that doesn’t fit the bill anymore. If that were still the case, why are so many “rich and famous” types of people supporting the Democrats?
This is my issue with current day politics, I can watch/read something pro Democrat and everything is so believable, but then I can watch something pro Republican and think the same thing and VICE VERSA. Everyone wants you to believe them and what their party will do for this country.
You know what I want the candidate I choose to do for this country? I want someone who loves and believes in God all mighty; I want honesty; I want integrity; I want someone who is patriotic, and loves their country. I want someone who stands on the beliefs that built this country into what it was when it was grand. I want someone who will take the burden off the working man. I want someone who knows what a hard day’s work feels like. I want someone who knows what it feels like to struggle a little to make ends meet, but most of all, I want someone who actually does what they say they are gonna do. Is that too much to ask?

The basic principals of the Republican party are now more in line with what we were raised to believe and when they leave God from their platform and accept all obortions without question and mortgage our nations assets beyond our control we must remove their leaders from office and this is also true of any partys leaders.
In the coming election we must vote Republican if we want to have our nation return to the core values of the founders.
