Beulah Frances Davis Bennett, 83, of Rockingham, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Rockingham Church of God of Prophecy with Pastor Steven Gilmer and Rev. Nick Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park.
The family will see friends from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Mrs. Bennett was born May 3, 1929, in Hoke County, a daughter of the late Joe Wheeler Davis and the late Annie Lee Parks Davis Guinn. She was a member of the Rockingham Church of God of Prophecy and had retired from Watts Cleaners.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Bennett, grandson, Andrew Milligan and great-great-granddaughter, Miya Cassidy.
Surviving are her sons, Harvey Bennett of Pinehurst, Lee Bennett of Rockingham; daughter, Frances Autry of Lumberton; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Ruby Jacobs of Lexington.
