Wayne Oren Wollert, 53, of Rockingham, died Thursday, June 26, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services will be held privately at a later date.
Mr. Wollert was born Oct. 3, 1958, in Lake County, Ill., a son of the late Russell Wollert and Susie Hankins Wollert Archuleta. He had served in the U.S. Navy and was a welder with Perdue. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ethelyn Helyn Wollert.
Surviving are his wife, Christine Lynn Collins Wollert of the home; son, Cody Wayne Wollert of the home; daughter Savanna Jean Wollert of the home; and a brother, Neil Wollert of Illinois.
Carter Funeral Home of Rockingham is assisting the Wollert Family.
