The Richmond County Republican Party is opening its new headquarters in Rockingham this weekend.
The event will kick off in the morning at 10 a.m. Saturday, will include a ribbon-cutting, and will end around 2 p.m.
The headquarters will be located at 130 E. Washington St., Rockingham. Signs and literature for candidates will be available as well as food and drinks.
Many Republican candidates are said to have confirmed their invitations, and those will include special guests including N.C. GOP Chairman Robin Hayes, N.C. GOP Vice Chairman Wayne King, N.C. House Majority Leader Paul “Skip” Stam and others.
