Sara Robbins of Rockingham and Mike and April Robbins of Marston announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Ellen Robbins to Eugene Bertram (Mac) McLaurin III, son of Gene and Donna McLaurin of Rockingham.
The bride elect is the granddaughter of Martha Robbins and the late Ray Robbins Sr. of Marston and Sara Gazoo and the late Ed Gazoo of Rockingham.
Jennifer is a 2008 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and a recent graduate of Central Piedmont Community College. There she received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She is currently employed as a Dental Hygienist at a dental office in Charlotte.
The groom elect is the grandson of Lou Presler of Laurinburg, Jack Presler of Pinehurst, the late Joe McLaurin of Rockingham, and Harry and Betty Overby of Goldsboro.
Mac is a 2007 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Their wedding will be held April 28, 2012 at 5 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Rockingham.
