The bride-elect is the daughter of Marthalette McNair and William Dubin. She is a graduate of Richmond Senior High School.
The groom-elect is the son of John Key Nelson Sr. and Barbara Ann Nelson. He is the grandson of Jessie Nelson and Nora Stroman.
The couple plans to be united in marriage on April 21, 2012, at 3 p.m. at Ashley Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church.
