Mr. Courtney Ryan Johnson, 40, formerly of Hamlet, died Thursday, July 7, 2011, at First Health Richmond Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Richmond County, November 9, 1970, son of Burgess O’Neal Johnson and Janice Harris Johnson.
All Services will be private.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his grandmother, Margaret Cable Harris of Hamlet; daughters, Hailey and Casey Johnson both of Hamlet; son, Jay Sadler of Hamlet and one grandchild.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Family of Mr. Johnson.
