Heather Ashley Long was awarded the McDonald Baptist Church, Charles M. Ussery Scholarship Award on May 29. Heather will attend Sandhills Community College in the fall to pursue a nursing degree.
Heather’s father, George Scott Long, was recognized for receiving an Associate Degree in Business Administration- Human Resource management from Fayetteville Technical Community College. James Arnold Newsom who received a degree in Business Administration from Richmond Community College was also recognized.
