Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Mar. 2, 2011, at Watson-King Funeral Home in Hamlet from 5 to 7 p.m. Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Condolences can be sent on the funeral home website at www.watson-kingfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to your favorite charity.
Mr. Lake was born on Oct. 27, 1940, to Joseph and Lois Shingledecker Lake in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Lake is survived by his wife, Nicole of the home; step children, Teresa Rhoades of Ottawa Lake, MI, Sandra Fillmore and Lisa Brock, both of Temperance, MI; children, Karin Pike of Milan, MI, Martin Lake of Monroe, MI, Karla Sobczak of Colorado, Mitchell of Monroe, MI, and Korri Lake of Dallas, TX: five brothers and sisters, 12 grandchildren, and one great- grandchild.
