She was born April 17,1923, in Scotland County to the late Anthony and Lula Everette.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at 2 p.m. at New Bethel AME Zion church with Rev.Beulah Legrand officiating. Burial will follow in Dobbins Heights Cemetery.
Surviving are Edward Tender of Hamlet and Anthony Everette of Charlotte.
Public viewing will be held Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, from 1 to 7 p.m. at McNeill Funeral Home Chapel.
McNeill Funeral Home of Rockingham is in charge of the arrangements.
