Mrs. Chalmer Morrison Eason , 93, 504 Durham Street, Hamlet, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at her residence.

She was born Oct. 2, 1917, in Richmond County, daughter of Lee Morrison and Ella Williams Morrison.

Mrs. Eason was a member of the Second Baptist Church, Hamlet and a homemaker.

Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, at Harrington Funeral Home from 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Hawks officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park, Rockingham.

Mrs. Eason is preceded in death by her husbands, the late Mr. Roy S. Woodard and late James Eason.

Survivors include her son, Bud Woodard of Boone; daughter, Wanda Love of Goldsboro; sister, Lib Wilson of Rockingham; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
