Richmond County Animal Control will operate on an on-call schedule Thursday through Monday. In the event of an animal control emergency, please contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at 997-8283 or dial 911. The dispatcher will notify the on-call County Animal Control Officer.
Richmond County Animal Control will resume normal operations Tuesday. At that time, call 997-8320 for assistance.
For animal related assistance in the city of Rockingham, call 895-2468 for the Rockingham Police Animal Control Officer-on-duty.
