Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at noon at Headquarters Congregational Building in Lillington. Burial will follow at Old Diggs Chappell.
He is survived by his wife, Annie Ratliff, of the home; five daughters, Juanita McLean of Lillington, Latonya Ratliff of Sanford, Melissa Ratliff of Spring Lake, Victoria Ratliff of Lillington, and Denise Ratliff, also of Lillington; three sons, Charles Thomas Ratliff, Jr. of Lillington, Charles Tyler Ratliff and Jeremy Ratliff, both of the home; one sister, Katherine McNeil of Rockingham; and two brothers, Robert L. Wall of Sanford and Irving Wall of Hamlet.
Nelson Funeral Home is serving the family.
