Graveside services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010 at 2 p.m., at Ashley Chapel AME Zion Church, Rockingham, with Reverend Ricardo Leak, Sr. officiating.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas R. Ratliff, Jr. and Deidre Wall; brother, Nigel L. Ratliff of the home; sisters, Mia R. Ratliff and Toni S. Ratliff all of Rockingham; maternal grandmother, Rosetta Harrington; and paternal grandmother, Maxine Ratliff of Rockingham.
Nelson Funeral Service, Rockingham, is serving the family.
