What a good diet should not include is skim milk and diet soda. Researchers have shown that these foods which are regularly consumed by millions of people may do more harm than good. There is an obesity crisis in much of the United States, people are dieting but the weight is not coming off, there is something wrong. What a good diet should do is reverse the weight gain but most people are not finding the right meal plan.
Why we are not losing weight
Swiss Researchers in Europe have found out that the underlying causes of our weight issues in the United States and much of Europe has to do with insulin resistance. We have become a people who have cells that do not response to insulin, this can cause diabetes and obesity. You do not have to have diabetes to have insulin resistance cells, insulin should remove the glucose from your body and cause you to lose weight but it is not happening to much of us in the United States. How did we become a Nation of people who cannot lose weight? Why are we birthing children with insulin resistance cells? What a good diet should do is reverse the insulin resistance but most cannot.

Skim milk is created in a factory, it is not a natural creation. In the process of creating skim milk the fat is removed and a powder added then heated . The cholesterol remains and becomes oxidized or spoiled. It is better to drink milk whole and natural. Another drink that can cause you health problems is diet soda, this substance is another chemical creation that causes weight gain. Diet soda has aspartame which is a chemical linked to cancer and weight gain. People do not lose weight on diet soda. All of these fake foods cause insulin resistance and you will not lose weight
Fake foods like skim milk and diet soda will cause you to have insulin resistance cells. Insulin resistance is why you cannot lose weight.
