A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for Richmond County by the National Weather Service. Showers and Thunderstorms are expected to develop and increase in coverage and intensity Thursday evening, with a primary threat of damaging down-burst winds between 50 and 60 mph.
The National Weather Service urges Skywarn Spotters to be on the lookout, and report any significant weather to the National Weather Service in Raleigh.
