The Richmond County Board of Health will meet next week to discuss reports, board appointments and other regular monthly meeting items.
The board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at the Health Department, located at 127 Caroline St. in Rockingham.
Public comments will be followed by administrative reports, including a presentation of the 2012 State of the County Health Report by Health Director Tommy Jarrell.
The audience will hear committee reports and the board will review Board of Health appointments and re-appointments.
In other matters, the board is expected to:
• Conduct the annual evaluation of health Director Jarrell during closed session.
• Approve of the Health Director’s job description.
• Discuss fee schedules.
• Entertain informal discussion.
