Dear Editor,
We will vote for one North Carolina Supreme Court Justice and three North Carolina Court of Appeals Judges in November.
Justice Paul Newby is running for re-election to the North Carolina Supreme Court. He is a conservative judge who upholds the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of North Carolina. Justice Newby believes in judicial restraint and believes the law should have a theme of common sense.
North Carolina needs Justice Paul Newby to continue serving our state with intelligence and common sense. Check out Justice Newby’s personal questionnaire at the North Carolina FreeEnterprise Foundation website (ncfef.org).
Three of the candidates running for the seats on the North Carolina Court of Appeals are David Robinson, Marty McGee, and Chris Dillon. These candidates all believe in judicial restraint and that the Constitution should be interpreted as closely to the intent of the original authors as possible. We need these three conservative judges on our North Carolina Court of Appeals. Their questionnaires are also on the website (ncfef.org).
