Regina Maria Palmes and David Michael Armstrong
Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Dennis of Charlotte, formerly of East Rockingham, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Maria Regina Palmes to David Michael Armstrong.
David is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bigger of Mt. Holly.
The couple will be married in July 2013, in Charlotte.
