Dear Editor,

The most important message the world needs to hear is the gospel of salvation to everyone who believes.

You and I were created with the need to accomplish purposes that are meaningful and everlasting. There is no message more essential that the new of God’s gift of grace, which we accept by faith in Jesus Christ, our savior. God gives eternal life to those who believe.

Consider all the father accomplishes though the death and resurrection of Jesus. First, he redeems us from our sins. “For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God.” This is a sin debt, we are unable to earn or pay. However, through the cross of Calvary, Jesus redeems us.

Second, God forgives us. The father does not hold anything we have done wrong against us. As far as the east is from the west. He removed our transgressions from us. That means we are completely accepted by God. No longer marred by our past mistakes.

Third, the Lord justifies us. He declares we are righteous in his eyes- a standing no one can ever take from us. Jesus’ holiness covers us forever. “Being justified by his grace, and made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” We can be confident about our assured home in heaven.

Fourth we are set apart as his beloved children. We receive God’s unconditional love, unfailing power, enduring wisdom, and perfect direction for our every need. Prepared for every good work which gives us purpose and joy.

Finally, our God glorifies us. Gives us a brand new nature- eternal creatures. So that one day we can abide with him forever in heaven. Mortal will put on immortality, “death is swallowed up in victory.” Despite the struggles we now face. We will triumph in the end. Not even death can impede the mission our Father gives us.

One who has given us so great a salvation is worthy of our praise and loving service. If we proceed in faithful obedience to him, his unfailing character, we are sure to achieve purposes we never thought possible. That is sure to make 2013 soon coming year our best yet.
