Franklin W. Brown, 56, of Greensboro, died Sunday, June 3, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 7 at State Street Church of God in Greensboro.
Mr. Brown was born in Greensboro on Sept. 24, 1955, to the late Jesse and Mary Ruth Brown. He was employed at Create-A-Cake, and worked as a wedding planner and floral designer.
Mr. Brown is survived by his life partner, Stephen Gloster; daughter, Kerri Tucker; a granddaughter; a sister, Jane Skipworth; a brother, Victor Brown; as well as various nieces, nephews and other family members.
