The New Life Church of Deliverance at 3rd Street in Hamlet will hold its first fund-raiser, a Flag Football tournament on Saturday.
Teams of seven on seven players will begin competing at 8:30 a.m. at Hamlet Memorial Park. Participants should be at least 15 years old.
Each team will need to pay $150 to compete in the tournament.
Refreshments will be available. Hot dogs and sodas are $1, chips are 50 cents and freeze pops are 25 cents.
