Eliza Cook, 61, of 105 Gillis Hall Lane, Ellerbe, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at Moore Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will conducted at 2 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 13, at Ellerbe Middle School located at 128 West Ballard Street. Reverend Corey Brewington, will be officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home, 105 Gillis Hall Lane.

Eliza Cook was born on Jan. 29, 1951, in Moultrie, Ga.

She is survived by her life partner, Cleyce Almond, four sons, Dameon Moton, Vagas Jackson, Joaquain Jackson, and Cleyce Jamal Almond, five daughters, Tanya Spencer, Yolanda Cook, Venus Cook, Elbony Jackson, and Elisia Jackson, one step-son, Adrian Bowden, 20 grandchildren and eleven great-grand children.

Nelson Funeral Service of Rockingham, is assisting the family.
