Deborah Lynn Shepard, 47, of Rockingham, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, in the Mt. Calvary Rock of Ages Church. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Rock of Ages Church, County Home Road, Rockingham, and other times at 123 Deering St., Hamlet.
A lifelong resident of Richmond County, Shepard was born on January 18, 1965, to Patsy Noblett Sellers and the late Tebe Wesley Shepard Sr. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Cox, and a brother, Phillip Shepard.
Shepard is survived by her mother and stepfather, Patsy and Danny Sellers of Rockingham; four sons, Thomas Guinn and Jesse Rogers both of Rockingham, Johnny Cummings and Daniel Cummings both of Laurel Hill; four daughters, Misty Floyd and Sabrina Floyd both of Rocky Mount, Pamela Guinn of Rockingham, Jessica Cummings of Laurel Hill; three brothers, Tebe Shepard Jr. of Hamlet, Jimmy Shepard and Gus Thrift Jr. both of Rockingham; three sisters, Tina Shepard and Janet Thompson both of Hamlet, Susan Cassidy of Rockingham; and six grandchildren.
Russell-Marks Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family.
