The City of Hamlet is developing a master plan for parks and recreation.
The city Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a public meeting to present information on existing parks and programs, and to receive input from residents on public recreational needs. All interested persons are urged to attend and participate in planning for future park facilities and programs.
The meeting will be held at City Hall, 201 Main St., Hamlet, at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15. For more information, call 910-582-2651.
