LAURINBURG — Former Disney executive John Formica will share secrets to help businesses build customer-focused brands on Sept. 9.
Billed as America’s “customer experience coach,” Formica will present his seminar from 1 to 4 p.m. at Richmond Community College’s Honeycutt Center in Laurinburg. This program is designed to show business owners, leaders, staff and business professionals how to create a marketing buzz about their business in the community.
Formica will share his Disney experiences and more than 25 years of small business experience to help business leaders be more successful. Attendees will learn the three secrets every small business owner needs to know to market and make money — and be successful fast.
